WFM Heating Solutions have now been trading predominantly in the Essex area for the past 7 years and are fully registered Gas Safe (Formerly registered as CORGI) installers.

Gas Safe is the new regulatory body for Gas Engineers and in order to obtain this mark of regulation you have to be fully conversant with standards, safety aspects and of course the physical side of gas appliances. We are proud to be part of that system and recommend before you let anyone touch your appliances that you demand to see their registration card, it is your safety that comes first.

We have been the main gas contractors for Family Mosaic (Essex) for the last 3 years and have built up and maintained a high level of satisfaction within this period from both Family Mosaic & their tenants. During this time landlords gas safety compliance has grown to a fantastic percentage, 100% and yes we are very proud of this, this is due to both implementation of new working practices and also due to a high level of due diligence on both Family Mosaics' part and our team of engineers.

We offer landlord services for gas safety checks as well as maintenance services including full indemnity insurance (dependent on survey).

For our non partnered clients we offer a realistic 24HR 7 days a week call out facility as well as a “no callout fee” philosophy. Our private customers will be required to pay an across the board diagnosis fee of £50. If the engineer is confident that the work can be completed for the cost of the diagnosis fee then he will go ahead. If however the works are going to exceed the diagnosis fee the engineer will give you a detailed on site verbal report & cost regarding the works necessary to get you safe and warm again. If you decide to go ahead with the works within 24 Hrs of our visit then the £50 will be deducted from the final bill.
